How do I book a class for the first time?
To book a class on a desktop computer, begin by visiting the CB Fit Vagaro Page here. Select Book Now and choose classes. Select your preferred date range from the date bar present, followed by your selection of your class type from the drop down. You may disregard the instructor as this will auto populate. Find the class you would like to book and select Sign Up. If booking for one person, leave number of attendees as 1, if booking for more than one, please update to the appropriate number. You will then be asked who are you booking for? Please click the drop down and select “add family & friends”. You’ll wanted to select child (or appropriate category) and fill in all applicable information. A birthdate will be mandatory to manage your child’s profile if they are minor and you’ll need to toggle on view appointments and cc appointment notifications. Proceed to checkout, fill out the waiver and finish by selecting Book.
To book on the CB Fit mobile app, please follow the same steps starting with the Book Now tab after opening the app.
How do I create a sub profile for my child (or other family/friend) that I can manage?
After logging into your profile on a desktop, select the family and friends tab from your profile icon menu in the upper right corner of the screen. From this screen you can add, remove or update any profiles for children, spouse or friends you may plan to book for in the future.
If completing from the CB Fit mobile app, please log in and select the profile icon add the bottom of your screen. From there, select the family and friends tab.
How do I reschedule an appointment or class?
If rescheduling on a desktop, visit the CB Fit Vagaro Page here and login. After logging in, select appointments from your profile menu icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Click reschedule, select the week you’d like the new appointment to be, and make sure the proper class is selected in the search tabs. Any available class will have a “reschedule button” to the right. Select you preferred class and finish by choosing Book. To reschedule on the CB Fit mobile app, view the video below.
How do I know if I should book a class or a membership for my youth athlete?
Our monthly memberships will be the most common options as they offer the most value and flexibility. The monthly memberships come with either 4 or 8 sessions per month to be used how ever you see fit. For routine purposes, classes are often redeemed once per week or twice per week to fulfill the allotment. Memberships are charged automatically on a recurring bases from the card you place on file during your initial purchase and can be paused or cancelled at anytime by contacting Tiffany at 913-229-6360 or tiffany@cbfit.co. Memberships cannot be edited by customers through their profile.
If the athlete is looking to book just one session at a time, this can be achieved by selecting the Book Now tab and selecting Private Sports Performance Training under the services tab or a youth class session under the classes tab.
What is the difference between a package and membership?
Packages are offered to our general fitness clients who will workout in a private setting and consist of 8 or 12 sessions per month to be used how ever you’d like within the month. Memberships are for our sports performance clients that will participate in classes. These are offered as 4 or 8 sessions per month.
How do I purchase a membership or package?
To book a package on a desktop computer, begin by visiting the CB Fit Vagaro Page here. Locate the memberships and packages tab on the menu bar near the top of the page and select your preferred package or membership. The package will be added to your shopping cart located in the upper right of the screen where you can click and checkout at anytime. Be sure to complete the purchase in full by clicking proceed to checkout. If this is your first time booking or the first time purchasing a membership/package, you will be prompted to fill out waiver before payment.
To purchase a membership or package from the CB Fit mobile app, opening the app and select the membership and packages tab. From this screen, select your preferred membership or package. The selection will be added to your shopping cart in the upper right corner which you can click to check checkout. Confirm your selection is correct and proceed to checkout. If this is your first time booking or the first time purchasing a membership/package, you will be prompted to fill out waiver before payment.
