CB Summer Sports Performance Offerings
This summer CB Fit is offering a number of classes to keep you active! Classes include:
GENERAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE, WEIGHT LIFTING, STRETCH SESSIONS AND CB FIT LITTLES
CB Fit sports performance training is designed to enhance an athlete’s skills to compete in their sport of choice. Whether you are a beginner just starting in sports or a seasoned vet already participating in competitive club ball, high school, college or pro, our training aims to breakdown key movements in your respective sport with the sole purpose of maximizing output through efficiency and muscle memory. Through speed and agility, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, injury prevention and recovery, and confidence building, we will help you to maximize your bodies full potential on the playing field.

Sports Performance
Ages: 4th grade - Pro
These sessions will general sports performance classes that emphasize speed, agility, functional movement, injury prevention, conditioning and mental toughness.
Class Times:
4-6th 7:00am & 7:30am
6th-8th 8:00am-8:30am
10-12th 11:45am-12:00pm
College/Pro 2:00pm-2:45pm
Class Length:
30 Minute Sessions 4-8th
45 Minute Sessions 9-12th
Weight Lifting
Ages: 7th - 12th Grade
Summer weight lifting will be offered as an introductory class for grades 7th-12th.
Class Times:
7-9th 12:30pm-1:15pm
10-12th 1:15pm-2:00pm
Class Length: 45 Minute Sessions
Stretch Sessions
Ages: All
Stretch sessions will be offered once per week for the athlete that needs a little more emphasis on their flexibility. This class is also great recovery option.

Wednesdays 3:45pm-4:15pm

CB Fit Littles
Ages: 2nd - 3rd Grade
Calling all 2nd and 3rd graders! If you’ve got an active little or one you want to introduce to sports, this is the class for you! These sessions bring fun focused, age appropriate activities that encourage health, movement and sports in a way your little one won’t want to miss!

To encourage speed we focus on quickness, proper technique, acceleration, deceleration, change of direction and lower body explosiveness. In combination with that, we incorporate drills that allow the body to maintain proper body placement, alignment and posture.
By activating the correct muscles with proper technique of functional movement, we strengthen those muscles to do their job and their job alone, decreasing the amount of stress on the wrong areas in the wrong moments which lead to injury.
We teach athletes to push past the false limits they set for themselves. They learn trust their training and fall back on technique when tired allowing them to push through at max capacity.
All athletes but youth especially, need to be confident in their abilities to truly be at their best. In the formative years of sports, the ability for athletes to try new things will be key to long term success and confidence is a irreplaceable booster.
We aim to teach proper technique with the body’s most basic movements used in sports and everyday life - Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge, Rotation and Gait.
Elite level athletes remain elite by prioritizing recovery. We educate and stress the importance of allowing the body to reset from day one.

HOW TO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP:
Locate the membership and packages tab on the home screen.
Select desired membership.
If you’ve never used Vagaro before, please sign up to create a profile. THIS SHOULD BE IN THE PARENTS NAME. If you have an account, please login.
Complete purchase of the membership.
HOW TO BOOK A SESSION:
Log into the CB Fit App.
From the home screen, Click Book > Classes then select desired Youth Sports Performance class.
Click Next leaving all options on the current page as is. On the next page, please use the drop down member to select the athlete you are booking for. If you do not see one, please select “add family & friends” > SELECT CHILD and insert information then save.
Continue to checkout. Note booking is not complete until you receive a confirmation screen.
TO VIEW/EDIT CURRENT APPOINTMENTS:
Click appointments in the menu at the bottom of the screen of your app.
Select "Reschedule" or "More" to cancel.
