CB Fit sports performance training is designed to enhance an athlete’s skills to compete in their sport of choice. Whether you are a beginner such as a middle school student looking to prepare yourself for high school competition or a seasoned vet, our training aims to breakdown key movements in your respective sport with the sole purpose of maximizing output through efficiency and muscle memory. Through speed and agility, strength and conditioning, plyometrics, injury prevention and recovery, and confidence building, we will help you to maximize your bodies full potential on the playing field.
