Let’s Get Moving Into Summer!

Summer break doesn’t have to mean you stop getting better! This summer CB Fit is offering a number of classes that would be perfect for your athlete to enhance what they are doing on the field. Check out our offerings below!

Includes:

  • Injury prevention

  • Functional movement

  • Sport specific drills to encourage muscle memory for in-game movements

  • Competitive team driIls

  • Speed and agility enhancement

  • Footwork and core strength

  • Proper warm-up and cool down techniques

  • Drills that encourage team chemistry and communication

  • Confidence building

CB Fit x OPSC Summer Classes

  • Sports Performance

    Ages: All

    These sessions will be an extension of our spring and fall training that emphasize speed, agility, functional movement, injury prevention, conditioning and mental toughness. Classes will be held two times per week June 17-July 19.

    Class Times:

    T/TH

    Class Length: 45 Minute Sessions

    Cost: $160 per kid

    Location: Scheels Soccer Complex

    *off July 1-5 in observance of the holiday

  • Weight Lifting

    Ages: 7th - 12th Grade

    Summer weight lifting will be offered as an introductory class for grades 7th-12th two times per week from June 17-July 19.

    Class Times:

    7-9th 12:30pm-1:15pm M/W or T/TH

    10-12th 1:15pm-2:00pm M/W or T/TH

    Class Length: 45 Minutes

    Cost: $160 per kid

    Location: CB Fit Gym

    *off July 1-5 in observance of the holiday

  • Stretch Sessions

    Ages: All

    Stretch sessions will be offered once per week for the athlete that needs a little more emphasis on their flexibility. This class is also great recovery option. Classes will be held June 17 - July 19.

    Class Times:

    Wednesdays 3:45pm-4:15pm

    Class Length: 30 Minutes

    Cost: $60 per kid

    Location: CB Fit Gym

    *off July 1-5 in observance of the holiday

  • CB Fit Littles

    Ages: 2nd - 3rd Grade

    Calling all 2nd and 3rd graders! If you’ve got an active little or one you want to introduce to sports, this is the class for you! These sessions bring fun focused, age appropriate activities that encourage health, movement and sports in a way your little one won’t want to miss! Classes offered two times per week June 17-August 2.

    Class Times:

    Tuesday/Thursday 11:00am-11:30am

    Class Length: 30 Minutes

    Cost: $120 per kid

    Location: CB Fit Gym
