Colby Broadnax

Colby Broadnax founded CB Fit in 2017 after concluding his long time athletic career as a three sport athlete.

A standout performer in football, basketball and track & field at Fairley High in Memphis, Broadnax earned a full scholarship to Missouri State University in 2007. He concluded his playing career at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri and finished it all with a try out for the NFL.

Determined to stay connected to sports, he felt this would be the perfect way to continue feeding his love for competition by bringing health and wellness to others.

He's experienced in training middle and high school students, college and pro athletes as well as adults interested in general health.

Broadnax holds multiple certifications in the exercise science realm including American Council on Exercise (ACE), a nationally recognized certification amongst athletic training professionals throughout the U.S. and Applied Performance Coach which specializes in sports performance and strength and conditioning.

As a sports performance specialist, Broadnax has been able to extend his services past the normal private session and partner with major youth organizations across multiple sports to bring education and training to approximately 500 athletes throughout the greater Kansas City area per year.

In July of 2023, Broadnax was named the Kansas City Peoples Choice Awards Best Youth Sports Trainer.
