CB NFL Combine/Pro Day Training

This 8 week program is designed to prepare athletes for all aspects of the NFL combine. The program will break down the six main drills they will see, first setting a baseline by assessing the athletes technique, time and distance followed by a structured plan that logs progress over the course of training.

TARGET DRILLS:

40 Yard Dash, Bench Press, Broad Jump, Vertical Jump, 3-Cone , 20 Yard Shuttle

*Extended position drill training available for safety’s and cornerbacks.
